Alex was great and i would hire again. The issue came up this morning and he was out before lunch and had my dryer fixed within the hour. Price was reasonable and his service top notch.

10,000 stars. One of our kids put an entire plate of peas in our LG dishwasher. My husband spent three days trying to suck out all the peas with a shop vac trying everything he could read about online and we were still getting an error code on the dishwasher. This was a one year-old dishwasher and we were really nervous to have an appliance tech come out. Oldsmar Technicians came out same day, during their scheduled window (and on a Saturday). They fixed the dishwasher in less than an hour and the price was so reasonable (I mean like jaw dropped)
They also only have a $50 inspection fee which you can apply to your repair. I'm so grateful to have found them and that they were the ones that came out and saved our dishwasher. Highest of recommendations!!

The system only allowed me to check 3 of 5 boxes, but he was great on all facets of the job. We had to make the decision whether to fix or replace. It was still less expensive to fix than to replace. Was it a couple hundred dollar job? No. But it was only a little more than that, so roughly 1/3 of a new dryer in the same caliber of what we had. When he opened up the dryer to begin to disassemble and get it ready to put the new parts in, I was amazed at how much lint had accrued inside the unit. We had procrastinated having the line and the unit cleaned, and this was a hazard. I requested the line cleaning and the unit cleaning as well. Did this make it a more costly job? Yes, but still half the price of a new unit and we would have still had to have the line blown out to clear it. This was not a quick or easy task and we were kept apprised of things as he discovered them - like needing new spinners / rollers or keeping the ones we had. Works like new so far.

At first I was disappointed when we realized the parts needed for the repair was uncommon & unavailable locally. Alexey found a way to locate and order the parts from another state for delivery. In a few days the job was done. I was happy to have my dryer up and running again before Christmas.

Alex was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our Kenmore dishwasher, had the right part in his truck and repaired it on the spot. Will use Alex for any future appliance repairs.

Oldsmar Technicians was pleasant surprise with his responsiveness and professionalism. We had to order a part and he communicated the status until delivery... (bug plus as I like to be looped in). He completed the job and provided a detailed analysis of what caused my dishwasher to stop pumping water during the cycles. I highly recommend!

Alex was very professional, found the problem and fixed it quickly. He was also honest in evaluating the shuddering of the washer when in wash cycle. I appreciated his recommendation and only charging me the $50. Fee when he could have charged more.
